FAQ'S

Do I need to book?
We take walk in customers at all times, however during busy periods (Friday and Saturdays) we would advise a booking. 

What is the Card Authentication?
We require a card authentication of £10 per head, for every booking. This is not a deposit, we only charge this fee if you do not turn up for your booking, or try to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your booking time.
Should you want to change the numbers of your booking you can email us to do this without a charge.

Do you have a phone number?
No, we deal with all customer questions via social media or email.

I’ve emailed and not had a response?
We’re an independent venue and do not have a dedicated reservations team, we check emails regularly but ask for up to 48 hours to respond, if your email is urgent, please contact us via social media. We do not check emails on Saturdays.

I’m not giving 48 hours notice, can I have my fees waved?
While we regularly receive requests like this, we are unlikely to waive fees. Everyone believes their situation makes them exempt to the agreed fees. We are an independent business and last minute cancellations really damage our business, you are welcome to make an appeal to the management via email, however if you are rude or derogatory we will not wave fees regardless of circumstance.

My friend has covid, can I cancel my table?
We are no longer waving fees related to COVID-19, if 1 member of your party has covid we do not accept cancelations within 48 hours of the booking for this.  

Can I bring a cake or decorations for my table?
Yes you are welcome to decorate the table yourself upon arrival or provide us with balloons/cake to store. We do not allow confetti nor crude/offensive decorations. Decorative items need to be delivered the day prior to your booking, as we will not have time to take deliveries during busy shifts.

I have an area booked, can I play my own music?
No, our sound system does not have the capability to do this.

It’s my friends birthday can I have something special or a deal?
We love having people celebrate with us, however at present we do not offer anything for free for this. 

Do you have happy hour?
Yes we have happy hour deals Tuesday - Friday 17:00 - 19:00.

What time do you stop serving food?
We take our last kitchen orders at the below time:
Tuesday - Thursday: Last orders 20:00
Friday - Saturday: Last orders 21:00
Sunday: Last orders 16:30

Do you allow dogs?
Yes we love them! However we are extremely busy on Friday and    Saturdays so we would recommend only bringing pets which are used to loud, busy environments.

Do you allow children?
Yes we allow children up to 8pm each day. However, we are extremely busy on Friday and Saturdays so we would recommend only bringing older children which are used to loud, busy environments.
